Self Medication by Cousin Isaac

A complete departure from normal Cousin Isaac fare, Self Medication’s 6 atmospheric instrumental tracks feature uplifting, vibrating synths pads, smooth string samples, angelic female vocal choruses and tinkling chimes.

Self Medication was briefly released in 2010 and licensed for use in a new-age meditation CD called Paths of Grace by Donna Morrish.

Love indie music? How to Show Your Support:

1.  Buy Directly From Artists

Did you know that most independent musicians don’t make much from streaming services like Spotify and Apple Music? While they need to be on those platforms for exposure, the vast majority don’t earn enough to support their music. Each stream earns just fractions of a cent, with the bulk of the pie going to mainstream, major label artists.  So, if you like music by independent artists, the best thing you can do for them is to buy their music and merch directly from the artists themselves.

2. Add to Playlists

If you do listen on streaming services, one of the best things you can do is to add your favorite indie artists to playlists. This gets them noticed by the systems' automated algorithms and ultimately by potential new fans.

3. Share on Social Media

If you like an artist or band, chances are your friends will too. Spread the word by sharing links to their music on social media. They'll love you for it!
